I was officially on vacation this week. But, before I completely let go of work, I had one last T-38 flight for the year. I flew with a pilot who needed to do some night landings to keep his currency. So, we waited until the sun went down and then headed off to buzz the Lake Charles airports. He got his night landings in and I finished up my flight hours requirements.
After some rest and relaxation, I think I will be ready to tackle the learning and training headed my way next year.
