Those of us who didn't make the Section Meeting in Wichita missed out on a really fun time. We'll get a full report later from Laura, Jo and Sherry. Sherry Walker did say that she looked up Carol Sutton while there and ordered a brick to be placed at the Amelia Earhart Birthplace Museum for Ruth Nichols. The inscription will be: Ruth Nichols, 9-8-21 to 4-24-06, Dedicated 99.

CONGRATULATIONS TO: Ann Auld, Mary Rohrer, and Cheryl Casillas. Ann passed her instrument written this month, getting close to her check ride and moving right into the commercial training. Mary passed her IFR check ride in January. A little belated news, but I just found out. Cheryl has been awarded a scholarship for her ATP certificate by the International Society of Women Airline Pilots.
